El Aguila is a bilingual, free circulation newspaper for members of the Hispanic Community and the community at large in Westchester County and the neighboring counties of the Mid Hudson region. This publication is the only hispanic paper allowed in the school system due to it's family focus. El Aguila is published every month (except for special issues) by Máximo Publications, Inc. In the areas of circulation, Hispanics are the largest ethnic minority.
